Local Flavour / Beer Personalities

Featured Brewster in the Summer 2012 issue of the NLC Occasions magazine:

From my perspective as a Brewster, the craft of brewing is a pleasure in itself; the distinct aromas make the brewing process one that I would like to continue to do for ten more years.  Hops aroma is a particular favourite of mine; so much so, we named our Welsh Corgis Chinook Hops and Fuggle Hops.  An extraordinary thing about being involved in the brewing industry is the open doors to brewpubs and breweries around the world.  I’ve had the opportunity to visit and quaff different styles of beers from a very small craft brewery in the Highlands of Scotland to a large regional brewery in Berkley California.  From Iceland to South Africa (and many places in between), I’ve met other brewsters and brewers who are similarly devoted to and passionate about the craft.
